USA, Bulgaria & Schengen Visa Assistance | Document Preparation

Your Visa Journey Starts with the Right Preparation

Based in the United States and Bulgaria, we bring together visa document preparation, interview coaching, and access to legal advice—helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Explore Work Visa Opportunities in the USA & Bulgaria

As immigration enforcement tightens, exploring lawful employment opportunities becomes even more important. Employers seeking seasonal workers and qualified professionals may offer opportunities for eligible international candidates in the United States and Bulgaria.

Depending on the employer, industry, and position, these opportunities can include competitive pay and attractive working conditions. We can help you explore potential employers, understand the relevant work visa requirements, and coordinate your preparation with the appropriate attorney. Opportunities depend on employer demand, your qualifications, and the applicable immigration rules.

Dedicated employment-based immigration pathways allow qualifying employers to recruit eligible international workers. We help candidates and employers understand the relevant procedures and coordinate the supporting documents, with legal guidance where needed.

Visa Application & Interview Preparation

Planning to visit, work, study, or join your family in the United States or Bulgaria? We help you organize the documents required for your application, complete the relevant forms accurately, and prepare for your consular interview.

Our preparation focuses on presenting your circumstances clearly, truthfully, and consistently. When potential legal concerns arise—such as a previous visa refusal or immigration history—we coordinate a consultation with the appropriate attorney to assess those issues before you apply.

Why Choose Us

Experience with Consular Procedures
We bring many years of experience assisting clients with applications and documents for U.S. and Bulgarian embassies and consulates around the world.

American and Bulgarian Legal Experience
When legal advice is needed, we coordinate consultations with U.S. immigration attorney Garth Molander for U.S. matters and Bulgarian attorney Vassiliy Kolganov for Bulgarian immigration and relevant Schengen visa matters.

Essential Services in One Place
Visa preparation often requires translations, notarized signatures, and supporting documents from different countries. We coordinate these services in the United States and Bulgaria to save you time, simplify communication, and reduce unnecessary costs.

Personal Attention to Your Application
We help you prepare a clear, complete, and consistent application based on your individual circumstances, with careful attention to supporting documents and interview preparation.

Employment Opportunities & Work Visa Support

Looking for an opportunity to work in the United States or Bulgaria? We can assist you in identifying potential employers and exploring job offers that may support a work visa application, depending on your qualifications, employer availability, and the requirements of the relevant immigration program.

When a suitable opportunity is identified, we help coordinate the necessary documents, communication with the employer, and consultation with the appropriate attorney. Applicable wage requirements depend on the country, position, and visa program.

A job offer alone does not authorize employment or guarantee a visa. Our goal is to help you understand the requirements and pursue a lawful route suited to your circumstances.

Support Beyond Your Visa

Our support continues after you receive your visa. In the United States and Bulgaria, we help coordinate practical assistance, interpretation, document preparation, and access to legal advice as you travel, settle in, or encounter unexpected difficulties.

If problems arise at the border or during your stay—including immigration detention or court proceedings—we can help arrange contact with an appropriately licensed attorney, legal representation, interpretation, and visits to detention facilities where permitted and available.

With a point of contact who understands both countries and speaks your language, you have someone to turn to when you need help taking the next step.

U.S. legal advice and representation are provided by licensed U.S. attorneys. Vassiliy Kolganov is an attorney admitted in Bulgaria and is not licensed to practice law in the United States. Document preparation and administrative assistance do not replace legal advice. Visa issuance and admission are determined by the relevant authorities; visa approval, admission, and job placement are not guaranteed.

Professional Document Preparation for U.S. and Cross-Border Matters

Not every routine form or administrative filing requires the full involvement and expense of an attorney. Our document preparation service helps self-represented clients complete documents accurately and efficiently according to the information and instructions they provide. We also assist clients who face language barriers when reading instructions, organizing supporting evidence or completing English-language forms. When a matter requires legal advice, selection of a legal strategy or representation, we can help the client connect with an appropriately licensed attorney before the documents are prepared.

When appropriate, document preparation may be coordinated with translation, notarization, apostille or legalization through one organized process and a written price quote provided before work begins.

Document Preparation Services Available

Immigration and Citizenship Forms

At the client’s direction, we assist with the preparation, completion and organization of immigration and citizenship forms and supporting-document packages for submission to USCIS, the National Visa Center, the U.S. Department of State and U.S. consular posts. Document preparation does not include determining eligibility, selecting an immigration benefit or legal strategy, predicting an outcome or representing the client before an immigration authority. When such decisions or legal issues arise, the client should first obtain advice from an authorized U.S. immigration attorney.

Social Security and Administrative Forms

At the client’s direction, we assist with the completion and organization of forms and supporting documents for Social Security retirement and benefit matters, requests for reconsideration, unemployment claims, insurance matters and other administrative procedures. Services may include reviewing the client’s documents for completeness, entering information supplied by the client, organizing supporting records and submitting completed materials when authorized. Eligibility advice, legal strategy, appeals advocacy and representation are provided only when separately permitted or handled by an appropriately qualified representative or licensed attorney.

Business Formation and Filing Support

At the client’s direction, we assist with the preparation and submission of business formation and administrative filings in Nevada, including documents relating to corporations and limited-liability companies, state and local business-license applications, organizational records, annual filings and applications for an Employer Identification Number. The client or an appropriately licensed attorney or tax professional must determine the suitable type of business entity, ownership structure, tax treatment and legal provisions. We do not provide Nevada or U.S. legal or tax advice through document preparation services. The client remains responsible for reviewing and signing all documents that require the client’s signature. Submission services are available only when permitted by the receiving agency and may require additional written authorization.

Family, Personal and Court Documents

At the client’s direction, we may assist with the preparation and completion of client-selected forms involving uncontested divorce, name changes, guardianship, small claims, record sealing, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, wills, trusts, deeds and other personal or court-related matters. Availability depends on the jurisdiction, the type of proceeding and whether the matter is contested. We do not select legal remedies, determine property or custody rights, draft litigation strategy or represent clients in court. If the matter requires legal judgment, negotiation or representation, the client should consult an attorney licensed in the applicable jurisdiction. At the client’s direction, we assist with preparing and submitting documents for business formation, state and local business licenses, EIN applications and related administrative filings. We may also coordinate registered-agent and business-address services when separately available and properly authorized. The client or a licensed attorney must determine the appropriate type of entity, ownership structure, tax treatment and legal provisions. Document preparation services do not include legal or tax advice, and no filing or approval result is guaranteed.

Government Benefits and Administrative Forms

We assist clients, at their direction, with preparing and organizing forms and supporting records for Social Security matters, unemployment claims, insurance matters and other federal, state or local administrative procedures. When permitted by the applicable agency and separately authorized by the client, completed documents may be submitted or transmitted on the client’s behalf. Any appointment as a representative, communication with an agency or appearance in an administrative proceeding is a separate service and is subject to the agency’s own authorization and qualification requirements.

Cross-Border Documents Between the United States and Bulgaria

We assist clients with documents that must be prepared, signed, translated, authenticated or submitted in both the United States and Bulgaria. Matters may involve powers of attorney, civil-status records, inheritance and property documents, court papers, business records, immigration documents and applications before government institutions. Our coordinated process may combine document preparation, Bulgarian legal services, translation, notarization, Remote Online Notarization, apostille or legalization and delivery. Each service is performed under the applicable professional authority and legal requirements. A written scope of work and price quote are provided before services begin.

How the Document Preparation Process Works

  1. Submit Your Request — Tell us what document you need, where it will be submitted and whether a deadline applies.
  2. Initial Review — We determine whether the request is appropriate for document preparation or requires consultation with a licensed attorney.
  3. Written Disclosure and Contract — Before work begins, you receive the required disclosure, a written description of the services, the total price and the estimated completion date.
  4. Document Preparation — We prepare the documents using the information and instructions you provide and identify any supporting materials that must be supplied.
  5. Client Review and Signature — You review the completed documents for accuracy and sign all forms requiring your signature.
  6. Additional Services and Submission — When requested and permitted, we may coordinate translation, notarization, apostille or legalization and transmit the completed documents to the appropriate court or agency.
  7. Copies and Original Documents — You receive copies of the completed documents. Original documents are returned as soon as they are no longer required.

Do You Need Legal Advice Before Document Preparation?

Some matters require legal analysis before the correct form, procedure or strategy can be selected. If your request involves disputed rights, court proceedings, immigration eligibility, possible defenses, complex estate planning, business-structure decisions or legal representation, document preparation alone may not be appropriate. When necessary, we can help coordinate a separate consultation with a qualified attorney. Bulgarian and cross-border legal matters may be reviewed by Vassiliy Kolganov within the scope of his Bulgarian law license. Matters governed by U.S. federal or state law must be handled by an attorney authorized to practice in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction. Document preparation and legal services are separate engagements. Any attorney consultation or representation is subject to a separate engagement agreement. If you need legal advice about which document to use, your available legal options or the possible consequences of filing, consult an appropriately licensed attorney before document preparation begins. For matters governed by Bulgarian law, select Legal BG. For matters governed by U.S. law, select Legal USA. You may also explore LegalShield membership plans, which provide eligible members with access to participating provider law firms in the United States, subject to the terms and limitations of the selected plan.

Written Quote, Contract and Transparent Pricing

After reviewing the client’s request and available documents, we provide a written quote describing the proposed services and applicable fees. Before document preparation begins, the client receives the disclosures and written contract required by Nevada law. The contract identifies the services to be performed, the total price, the estimated completion date, the receiving court or agency and any known filing or hearing deadlines. Translation, notarization, apostille, legalization, government fees, shipping and expedited service are identified separately when applicable. No work begins until the client accepts the written terms and completes the requested payment or payment arrangement. A receipt is provided for every payment.
